Diagnosis & Veterinarian

As animal shiatsu therapists/animal communicators, we do not diagnose and are not a substitute for a visit to the vet. Please contact your vet in the event of an emergency.

I am always in contact with you during the animal care. If your animal is injured, suffers from diarrhea for a long time, stops eating, etc., I will contact you immediately. The decision as to whether I should take your pet to the vet is up to you. In the event of an emergency, I will call you immediately. If you cannot be reached, your emergency contact will be contacted. If this is not answered either, I will drive to the clinic immediately after consulting your vet.

Appointment cancellations

Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged.

Conditions Animal Shiatsu

The price includes driving within 5 km of Ottenbach. Otherwise, 1.00 CHF / kilometre will be charged.

Conditions Animal care

My travel time is included in the hour. If you want me to stay for 1 hour, there is a surcharge of 1.00 CHF per kilometer (driving). If you wish, I can draw up a contract.

Conditions Animal Communication

Reduced prices are currently available, which are adjusted to the level of my training. The hour includes 3-4 questions. Follow-up questions are included in the animal communication. Additional questions can be answered in a new communication.

Payment Conditions

Payment is made after the treatment/care either in cash or by Twint. For animal care that lasts longer than 4 weeks, a deposit of 50% of the amount is due before the start.
